If you are not satisfied with a product that you have ordered from DataText, you may request a refund within 21 days of receiving it at your desktop. 

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks from the date on which I receive your refund request.  This time period includes the time it takes to process your request (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund transaction (5 to 10 business days).

To request a refund, please use the form on the Contact Page to provide me with your order number and details about the product in question.

I would ask that after receiving a refund, you remove the applicable digital product from your system.
