My current course offering consists of four products:
- T-01 Industrial Procedure Writing Course. PowerPoint course on writing safe and effective procedures for the operation of industrial systems and equipment. Contains 287 slides (see also the Product Notes page for technical details about the PowerPoint file). Price: $CAD 90.00 (all prices indicated on this website are in $CAD). File size: 3.88 MB.
- T-02 Supplemental Notes. Detailed background information and reference material supporting many of the course slides. Notably, several pages are devoted to conditional steps. Document length: 25 pages. Price: $CAD 25.00. File size: 495 KB.
- T-03 Verb and Phrase Glossary. Standard verbs and phrases used in step actions in industrial procedures. This document includes notes explaining the context in which many terms from the vernacular, e.g. "crack open", are used. Document length: 5 pages. Price: $CAD 20.00. File size: 306 KB.
- T-04 Package in which the above three products are bundled as a single offering. Zip file size: 4.24 MB.
- The pricing of this package is based on your Customer Type, which you select from a dropdown list (explained on the Course Media Page) based on whichever of the following applies:
- You are acting as an Individual: $CAD 99.00. This is the default Customer Type and pricing.
- You are representing a Business: $CAD 299.00. This pricing is based on the understanding that the course media will be redistributed to multiple personnel in Operations (e.g. Engineers, Operators, Technicians) who may be assigned to develop procedures. No restrictions or additional fees apply to such redistribution.
- You are representing either an Educational Institution or a Training Provider: $CAD 699.00. This pricing is based on the understanding that the course media will be redistributed to large numbers of students. No restrictions or additional fees apply to such redistribution.
- You are acting as an Individual: $CAD 99.00. This is the default Customer Type and pricing.
- The pricing of this package is based on your Customer Type, which you select from a dropdown list (explained on the Course Media Page) based on whichever of the following applies:

You don't need to set up an account to purchase these products.
